The Bariatric Surgery Diet

By Eddie Tobey After bariatric surgery, the new and very small stomach will often only hold about an ounce. For the first week after surgery, the patient will only be able to tolerate nutritious liquids. During the second week, pureed, high-protein foods such as cottage cheese, yogurt, and soft-cooked eggs may be added. After that, the patient may add one solid food at a time, such as well-cooked vegetables, fish, or chicken. It is crucial that the patient chew this more solid food very carefully, eating only a few tablespoonfuls at a sitting. Post-surgery, patients should avoid high carbohydrate foods such as chips, pretzels, breads, rice, and pasta, as hey expand and can cause a potentially dangerous blockage. Lactose is also difficult to digest and may cause nausea, cramps, gas, or diarrhea. Patients who love milk should wait to reintroduce it until the third week post-procedure. Protein is a vitally important nutrient, so a good rule of thumb is to eat protein first, then follow with fruits and vegetables. This will ensure that the daily minimum of 60 grams of protein is consumed. Patients may still need to take extra protein in the form of a liquid, powder, or protein bars. Additionally, patients will have a lifelong regimen of vitamin and mineral supplements post-surgery. Failure to follow these dietary guidelines after bariatric surgery could lead to potentially serious complications. Early dumping syndrome, which is generally by overfilling the pouch, can cause minor symptoms such as nausea, cramps, diarrhea, and abdominal rumbling or more serious ones like low blood pressure, faintness, sweating, and anxiety. Late dumping syndrome, when food enters the intestine too rapidly, can cause hypoglycemia, sweating, rapid pulse, anxiety, and occasionally confusion. Buddhism Religion History

By N M Gangoli In this Buddhism religion history, I will cover its history in India. In actual fact Buddhism covered almost the whole of Asia - excluding perhaps Russia. But I cannot cover all these details in a short article. The Shakyamuni Buddha founded Buddhism through his enlightenment and teaching. He livd between 563 BC and 483 BC Buddhism gained in popularity in India mainly during the reign of King Asoka (274-236BCE) because of his patronage. Asoka is remembered in countries as far away as Japan because of his efforts to promote and spread Buddhism. Asoka played an important role in Buddhism religion history. The doctrine which arose as a result of the original Buddha's teaching is Theravada Buddhism - or the Path of the Elders. It is also called Hinayana Buddhism. Around and between the period 0-500 of the Christian era Mahayana Buddhism took shape in India. Mahayana is also called the Greater Vehicle as it contains many more skillful means to attain enlightenment as compared to the Theravada tradition. So this is another important fact that must be mentioned in a Buddhism religion history. Alan Watts describes the evolution of Mahayana Buddhism as a response to the psychological needs caused by following the original Theravada doctrine. There was also a need for transformation to meet the needs of new ages, new populations and different social circumstances. The old doctrine had become stale and was producing very few sages or Arahats. Thus, a new literature came into being and this is one of the most magnificent outbursts of creative energy in human history. The realized master Nagarjuna lived in this period, which lasted for almost 500 years. During this period also Mahayana Buddhism came in touch with non-Indian influence. In North-west India where it developed it came in touch with Greek culture as well as influences from the Mediterranean and the Iranian world. This is an important stage in Buddhism religion history. This incidentally rendered Buddhism fit for export outside India as for it to spread to other countries it first had to go through a preliminary phase of de-Indianization. Anyway, Buddhism spread over the next 1500 years starting around the beginning of the Christian era. Mahayana has conquered the entire Northern half of the Buddhist world and the Buddhists of Nepal, Tibet, Mongolia, China, Korea and Japan are nearly all Mahayanists. In India itself Buddhism came to an end about 1200 A.D. though is some States and districts such as Magadha, Bengal, Orissa and South India it lingered on for another 200 or 300 years. The main reason for this decline and extinction was the Muslim invasions. These ruthless conquerors - with their zeal and hatred of idolatry - burned down flourishing monasteries and universities in Sindh and Bengal and killed all the monks. This however was not the only reason as Hinduism and Jainism were subject to the same fury and stood their ground. The other reasons were:- 1) Hinduism had itself assimilated much of Mahayana Buddhist thought the Buddhist were now not teaching anything different and new. 2) Buddhism failed to benefit the laity substantially and depended for its patronage mostly on kings. Where such patronage was lacking, it declined. Jainism on the other hand had wealthy merchants patronizing them who considered it an honor to support ascetics. this is an important shortcoming of Buddhism in India and must be mentioned in any Buddhism religion history. 3) Buddhism had lost its creative impulse and no new literature and doctrines were being developed at that time. 4) The other- world Buddhist monks did not consider the country of their residence very important. When they were unable to practice their monastic discipline they simply left for other countries such as Nepal, Tibet, China, etc. Thus the very reasons that led to the spread of Buddhism to other countries in Asia caused its decline in India. 5) The Buddhist monks themselves regarded their own doctrine as having a limited shelf life. All is transient according to Buddhism and their own religion is not excluded. Thus when circumstances were such as existed at that time the only thing to do was to retire gracefully from the scene. So this then is Buddhism religion history in India. Tips On Buying Your First Chainsaw

By Dean Caporella Chainsaws have earnt a reputation as the planet's most dangerous power tool; and with good reason. Almost 40,000 people are injured each year using these effective but volatile machines . If you are in the market to purchase your first chainsaw then there are some important points to consider. Frequent Or Infrequent Use? One of the biggest mistakes chainsaw newbies make is mis-judging the type of machine they're actually after. Time and time again a first time chainsaw buyer will make the mistake of either buying too powerful or too ineffective a machine. Here's a good point to remember... ask an expert exactly what saw work you require and how frequently you are likely to use a chainsaw. This will give you a good starting point and in most cases, you'll get your answer very quickly. Safety issues arise when inexperienced cutters attempt to use bigger, more powerful machines without an understanding of the hazards involved. Other than the fact that a big, powerful gas chainsaw can cut through just about any wood presented to it, many users overlook the fact that it takes a strong and usually fit operator to use one of these machines because tiredness creeps in quickly and this usually leads to fatigue and "sloppiness." This is when serious injury can occur. Gas Vs. Electric Chainsaws If you intend using your chainsaw on a regular basis then gas is definitely the way to go.The fact that they are mobile is a huge plus and for heavy cutting jobs, then they win hands down over electric saws all the time. Gas models come in a variety of sizes. Stihl and Husqvarna are the leading manufacturers of chainsaws in the world with both having their supporters and detractors. In the final analysis though, both produce some amazing gas chainsaws and choosing on your part will come down to the level of work you intend to perform. Electric chainsaws certainly have their place, particularly within surburban areas. Why? Well for starters, they are much quieter than their gas cousins and given that cutting jobs within surburban areas are less frequent and lighter duty, then electric saws, in most cases would certainly suffice. Lighter and cheaper to buy and run, an electric chainsaw could be the right fit for your circumstances especially if you have more heavier trimming jobs to perform as opposed to cutting down trees. What Brands? It's been my experience that asking for an opinion on what brand you should favor when purchasing a chainsaw is a bit like asking someone who their favorite football team is or their what's their political persuasion. As mentioned earlier, Stihl and Husqvarna are the best known manufacturers and both have their own band of loyal followers. Don't discard other makes though including McCullough, Poulan, Echo and Homelite. It will all come down to what you prefer in the end and your decision may very well be based on which make of machine felt right during the testing period. Marketing Strategy - What's Your System?

By Kevin P. Dervin Where Do Most of Your Clients Come From? Is it from your marketing and sales system? When I meet people for the first time and they understand that I'm a marketing consultant, I'm frequently asked, "Where do most of your clients come from?" Many times I believe the question is asked innocently enough. But, quite often I feel like the person asking wants to know if I have a magic answer that might work for them. Most small business owners are passionate about the services they provide - not the marketing it takes to consistently find more clients. Many service businesses will admit that they're not really sure what works best or how to get going with marketing. With that as your starting point, marketing can sure seem like a lot of work that takes too much time and energy for the return on investment. Too often the result is a scatter gun approach. I refer to it as episodic marketing - a series of unfocused and hastily-planned, one-shot episodes (or campaigns). For example, throwing together a tri-fold brochure that you can start mailing or handing out to everyone you meet; or sending out a direct mail piece to try and stir up some interest. It's not uncommon that the motivation for these marketing episodes is a slow down in business. And then when business picks up, you quickly scrap the current campaign (until the next slow down). No System, No Consistency What's missing for most small service businesses is a system to break marketing down into a series of connected small steps to generate a consistent supply of leads and convert them into new clients. I think a lack of a system might be one reason why so many small businesses conclude that word-of-mouth is their best source of new clients. It's kind of funny because when I ask others where the business comes from, 99% say that it's referrals (word-of-mouth). But, when someone asks me, I actually have to pause and think about it. There's no doubt that referrals are one of the most effective ways to grow any business, but most service business owners would have to admit that they don't have any system for consistently generating word-of-mouth business. So Where Do Most of Your Clients Come From? For me, the answer is that they are coming as a result of my marketing and sales system. The same system I'm using to help teach my clients how to get better, more consistent results from their marketing is the system I'm using to build my own business. Having a system allows me to dependably follow simple, but proven and effective processes to consistently generate leads and convert them into more business. It is not one or two great ideas or strategies. It's breaking marketing and sales down into a series of connected strategies and tactics to gain attention from prospects and help them to become clients. The system helps move prospects forward that are ready to say "Yes", and lets those who are not motivated or ready to make the investment move on. Why Do You Need A System? If you don't have a marketing and sales system, you'll never be able to grow your business to its full potential. Most businesses address their primary business functions with systems. You have your billing system, accounting system, payroll system, and time management system. It's likely you have systems to manage client or project work. One primary business function that seems to go without a system is Marketing. There's a great misconception that to be an effective marketer, you need to be creative. And most small business owners will tell me that they're just not good at that. But I've come to believe that marketing should be more of a science (a system) than an art. Without a marketing and sales system, most service businesses end up reactively marketing when business is slow and stop when they are busy. This mindset usually lends itself to episodic marketing. With a system, you'll be better prepared to generate inquiries and convert new clients all year round. Marketing and Sales Notice that I've said you need a Marketing and Sales system. Marketing and sales are NOT the same thing, but you need a system that addresses both seamlessly. One of the notions I hear over and over again is that Marketing is about creating name recognition or brand awareness. I would argue that these are simply welcome side-effects of marketing. When you are a small business and all of your time, energy, and money count, then what you really need is for marketing to produce a consistent stream of good quality leads. Sales then is the process(es) you use to convert as many as possible of those high-quality leads into clients. This is why the two should be seamlessly addressed in your system. Too many businesses jump forward to selling before a potential lead is even established as a qualified prospect. Conversely, many leads go uncultivated when there's no means to explore the prospect and move them towards becoming a potential buyer. A System is The Key To Reaching Your Full Business Potential Now just imagine if you had a system to drive these vital functions in your business a system that breaks down the marketing and sales process into smaller, more manageable, interrelated steps. Think about your own business. Where do most of your clients come from? Is it from your marketing and sales system? It should be. Family Values

By Dennis Siluk Perhaps I can call this my New Years epistle. I was a Senior Counsellor for many years, and when I got ill sometime back had to retire from that trade, or profession. It was a worthwhile adventure, and it took a decade or two of my life, but here is just a quick essay of sorts on Family Values, as I see it. The rate of Divorce and break-up of the family is increasing. Fierce forces are tearing us apart, the family, today. It goes something like this: they got married; then came the baby carriage. Part two: they break up and the baby goes with mom. Part Three: now Mom meets divorced man, with two kids, and they marry; now we got mom, dad, stepfather, and three kids, stepbrothers and sisters, a few more grandparents, throw the biology in the well. Woops, mom is pregnant again, Part Four: snuck up on me. Is this case unusual? No! as we should know, it is rather common in the United States today. What happens to the family tree? You plant a new one, but they never grow right do they (or seldom do they grow right). Often times, getting a second wife, or husband is like picking up someone elses troubles, ten years in advance. But the story is not over. In the l980s and l990s when I was working with the Bureau of Prisons, and in clinics and hospitals, over 1/3 to of children were living with a mixed if not, scared family; I doubt the statistics has gotten any better. This is over 10% of the population, closer to 13 or 15% I would guess. In the l970s half of all the marriages ended up in divorce, thirty years later, again I say, things have not gotten better. When I grew up, divorce was not really an acceptable word; yes it was said, but whoever said it, everyone else did a double take on the person. Now it is all lost in the wind. The devastating rate of divorces is destroying the base of our society, the joyful family you could say. In Peru, and other South American Countries Ive been to, and Ive been to most all of them now, I have not seen this splintering up of families, which lowers the values within them; nor have I witnessed the mobility of one out of four families picking up roots and moving on each year, as we do in the United States. Our neighbour Jennie, in Peru stays home and cares for her child, as do most of the families I know up in the mountain areas of Peru. When two partners come home from work tired, there has to be more tension, and surely the kids get no friendliness out of this tired family dilemma. So what happens? The kids run to the TV and get their fix of killing, and war movies, gangsters etc (the devil doesnt have to work hard). And people say: it doesnt affect the child, it does and we all know it. What we put into our systems, is in it, how it comes out, is normally sideways, and it affects all whom are around you. In Minnesota, the court system is so liberal, it stinks, you can get a divorce almost overnight, it is harder to get a drivers license. I think I remember Jesus saying something like: As it was in the days of Lot (where there was much corruption)out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed (Luke 17:28). If you know the story of Sodom and Gomorrah, I need not say anything else, but if you dont, judgment fell, and so we have witnessed in the year 2005, and 2001 for America, if it wasnt judgment, it was a hell of a bad year for many folks. I hope 2006 will be better, but I doubt it, the roots of society have been ripped out, and the signs for the end times are planted. For those none believers, Im not trying to persuade you to a religion, it is fact, our society is going down hillwe all know it, and if there is a God, and if the flood was real, and geologist say it was, fire and destruction will come again soon. And if there is no God, we better hope there is, or we are doomed even sooner. But if I was a none believer, I would most likely say: it is true what he says, but what I can I do (besides prayer). Good question, and some of my friends are none believers and are doing more than Gods so called chosen, what a shame. Whatever you are led to do, out of conviction, for humanity, it will be appreciated, perhaps by those who will never know you. We all should remember, this is not a left or right wing thing, it is a societal thing, it just happens to be the writer is a Christian, but I do not want to make any hurdles for anyone, at the end of the road, we all got to live together. All about Lasik Surgery: Cures and Treatment Options

By Nakul Jain LASIK stands for Laser-Assisted In Situ Keratomileusis. Lasik surgery is a vision correction procedure by performing surgery which permanently reshapes the cornea which is a clear top layer of the eye through an excimer laser technology so the eye can focus correctly and vision becomes clear. A knife, called a microkeratome, is used make a cut in the cornea to make a flap which is folded to show the middle of the cornea which is called stroma. Once it is revealed technically controlled laser rays are produced to vapourize a particular portion of the stroma and then the flap is put back in place. The range of laser rays and the particular portion of stroma is decided by the power of myopia or hypermetropia of eyes or the number being used for glasses or lenses. You may need lasik surgery if you are nearsighted, farsighted, or have astigmatism. You may go in for the surgery after an examination with the ophthalmologist as you need to abide by certain conditions 1) age- being an adult 2) free from cataract 3) no eye infection or inflammation 4) No other health issues which might be affecting your eyes such as Rheumatoid Arthritis or Diabetes which might be causing vision problem hence lasik treatment would not help in any case Pre surgery requires to stop wearing contact lenses a month before surgery as Contact lenses change the shape of your cornea and the cornea is required to take its normal shape for accurate measurements vfor the correct surgical plan These measurements, which determine how much corneal tissue to remove, may need to be repeated several times before surgery to make sure they have not changed The procedure The surgery should take less than 30 minutes. You will lie straight on your back in the room containing the laser system. The laser system includes a large machine with a microscope attached to it and a computer screen. A numbing drop will be placed in your eye, the area around your eye will be cleaned, and an instrument called a lid speculum will be used to hold your eyelids open. A ring will be placed on your eye and very high pressures will be applied to create suction to the cornea. Your vision will dim while the suction ring is on and you may feel the pressure and experience some discomfort during this part of the procedure. The microkeratome, a cutting instrument, is attached to the suction ring. Your doctor will use the blade of the microkeratome to cut a flap in your cornea. The microkeratome and the suction ring are then removed. You will be able to see, but you will experience fluctuating degrees of blurred vision during the rest of the procedure. The doctor will then lift the flap and fold it back on its hinge, and dry the exposed tissue. The laser will be positioned over your eye and you will be asked to stare at a light.. It is very important to stare straight on the light as the laser is positioned accordingly and a wrong placement might have extremely negative effect. When your eye is in the correct position, the laser will start. As the laser starts you might experience a burning smell A computer controls the amount of laser energy delivered to your eye. Before the start of surgery, the computer would have been programmed to vaporize a particular amount of tissue based on the measurements taken at your initial evaluation. After the pulses of laser energy vaporize the corneal tissue, the flap is put back into position. A shield should be placed over your eye at the end of the procedure as protection, since no stitches are used to hold the flap in place. It is important for you to wear this shield to prevent you from rubbing your eye and putting pressure on your eye while you sleep, and to protect your eye from accidentally being hit or poked until the flap has healed. Post surgery 1) You should avoid going out in the sun for a week 2) Avoid strain on eyes such as computer or tv 3) Do not wash eyes 4) Do not use eye makeup or cream ,lotions near eye area 5) Sports such as swimming , boxing, football, karate, etc. should not be attempted for at least a month after surgery. 6) Protect eyes from anything that would touch or hit them During the first few months after surgery, your vision may fluctuate. It may take up to three to six months for your vision to stabilize after surgery. Glare, haloes, difficulty driving at night, and other visual symptoms may also persist during this stabilization period. If further correction or enhancement is necessary, you should wait until your eye measurements are consistent for two consecutive visits at least 3 months apart before re-operation. It is important to realize that although distance vision may improve after re-operation, it is unlikely that other visual symptoms such as glare or haloes will improve. Eye surgery in India is one of the highly growing sectors in medical tourism. Several hospitals and clinics are now fully equipped to handle the inflow of patients from the West with latest technology, highly trained doctors and of course, customized treatment for every patient. 4 Things You Must Know To Love Your Husband The Right Way!

By Iris Shamble The man (or husband) is a provider, protector, comforter, leader, lover, and most of all, a conqueror. God gave him his first assignment right in the Garden of Eden: Then the Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to tend and keep it (Genesis 2:15). God knew it was not good for man to be alone, so He made a helper comparable to him (2:18). God put Adam in charge but He knew Adam would need a helper. And then came Wo-Man Eve! A Wo-Man to understand her husband and to help him fulfill his leadership role, to pray for him, support his talents, and encourage him. Now, does that mean that because man is in a leadership role, he has everything under control? Absolutely not! Woman is someone who is adaptable to him, someone to enhance him. So, though the old saying says a dog is man's best friend, we know better! We have to accept our husbands for who they are. It does take time and patience, but through love and determination we can have a great marriage. After all, as women we are not always the easiest person to get along with. Our husband truly needs us to understand him. Dont compete with him or nag him, but try to help him and most of all please him. Zipping our lips can help us avoid a lot of unwanted conversations. Show respect to him at all times! Make sure you keep prayer in your life. Prayer is what changes things, not our attitude. Setting aside a special time of the day/night to talk to God will bring changes into our lives and marriage. Often I spend time with God thanking Him for things I have seen results of and some things I havent yet seen results of. I choose to speak life in my life not negative or words that bring death. By this statement of death, I mean destruction or things that do not bring any positive results to my marriage. What we speak in our mouth is surely what we are going to have. Instead of having a good marriage, you can set the stage for a great marriage by what you say. Many women seem to have a problem with submitting to their husband, yet most of us go outside of our home and faithfully submit to the leadership of our boss with no problem. If you fulfill your role and respect your husband as a leader in your home, your efforts will not go unnoticed by your husband. Your submissive attitude allows a willing spirit to come upon your husband. I can say it will make the life of marriage a little bit easier. I know in my case it did. When our husbands know we cover them in prayer and see we are faithful women, we can be a positive influence. This will also enhance their leadership roles in the marriage and our home. Men may not share their feelings as we do, but I found that does not mean they dont care. They do care; they just express it in a different way. One last thing to share on loving your husband the right way. So many women become frustrated when trying to get the full attention of their spouse. These great pointers will help you and your judgment for learning how to love your husband the right way: 1) I have learned men DO NOT like to be confronted face to face. You know how it is when being confronted by a dog on a long dark road? By no means am I making a comparison of a man to a dog. Maybe its as an act of aggression and since they carry such authority within them, this could cause a problem. Make a choice to sit next to your spouse. I have even learned whether I sit next to my spouse on the bed or coach, it does make a difference in our interaction. There are even times where we walk and talk. 2) Make sure you dont have the TV on. When I want to talk to my husband, I try to start my conversation before the TV is turned on. 3) Make it easy. Dont go into a lot of unnecessary conversation. Men like to get to the point and get it over with. Men are very goal orientated, so dont waste their time. If I am taking to long to get to a point, I sense my husband getting restless. 4) Always give positive news first. Giving negative news leads him to tune out the rest of what you want to share. I have learned to be very wise on how to share news with my husband. Sometimes it may be a matter of waiting until another day or time to share it, if it is not detrimental. Thats just the way it is! Why start a conflict when there doesnt have to be one? Iris Shamble has been sharing her writings for several years and has contributed to the International Library of Poetry. She has been a devout Christian for 15 years and is a devoted wife to Darryl Shamble, and mother to two lovely daughters. Iris currently works in the Virginia school system, where she has become an expert on the social and cultural pressures facing children everyday. Relationships and Stress

By Georgette Pauls Stressful relationships are often not a result of a couple not being simpatico. They are often due to the stress and strain caused by outside non-relationship factors. There are however, some basic relationship techniques you must work at. Yes, you work at a relationship just like you work at customer relations. You must actively work at having good relationships and NOT take them for granted. I will therefore break this discussion into these two areas, 1) Outside factors creating stress in relationships and 2) Internal Relationship techniques. Although number one is often the biggest factor, many people need to work on both simultaneously, particularly if the relationship has been strained significantly. Many relationships are severely strained by outside factors or what I call influencers. No matter how hard you work at improving your relationship with someone, this kind stress between you will eventually creep back in. This is why you must first address the root cause of the strain. It can be: a. your job, (or lack thereof) b. an aging or difficult parent c. diminishing libido d. finances e. conflicts with children f. illness g. inattention The list is almost endless. So what can you do? 1. First, you must get together and discuss the problem so as to agree on the fact that an outside factor is the root cause. This is a lot easier than playing the blame game. This is best done in a quiet setting without the usual interruptions - no kids, TV, phone, etc. 2. Next, agree on a game plan for solving the problem. Create a detailed (written) plan involving both of you. Your plan should be realistic, have short-term goals, tasks for each goal and who will be responsible. 3. Then go out and work your plan and make it happen. You might even have to involve the whole family. Work as a team. Think about it, there are countless examples of teams (sports, business and military) where some individuals don't get along but when they passionately work toward a common goal, it changes everything. 4. Secondly and simultaneously, you need to work at having a good relationship. It may not be WHAT you say, as much as HOW you say it. Here are a few keys to use. * Communicate with the other person. Screaming at them is not constructive communication. Discuss things that bother you in a positive way. Say, "It would be wonderful if you did X rather than Y", as opposed to 'I hate the way you do X." Before you make a comment or "recommendation", think about issues your loved ones may have in fulfilling your request. Use the word "we" a lot. If your significant other needs to shed some pounds, the chances are you both do. You can say, "What would you think if we changed our daily eating habits so we can feel and look more like we did when we were younger?" * Think before you open your mouth. It's a bit difficult to suck those stupid words back in, kind of like throwing up on someone. It's hard to undo it. * Spend more time together doing things you each like to do. It may be necessary to eliminate some things that your spending too much time doing. Your kids may not really need to do soccer, karate, scouts, sports, piano AND tennis. Explain to them that you need more time with the other parent so you fight less and you all have more fun together. Maybe your volunteer obligations are getting too onerous. Think it over. * Never blurt out a hard criticism. Think about what to say and just as importantly, when to say it. Timing can be everything. Statements like "You look like _____ in that outfit," will get you nowhere. But, "You know that dress or suit doesn't show off your best asset," could be lots of fun and positive reinforcement of a desired behavior. In summary, remember two keys to significantly less stress in your relationships. First find and address the root cause of problems and difficulties together. Then, Work at Your Relationship! I've known people who wanted to have relationships, but were so focused on their career that they were unwilling to take time to find and maintain relationships. What happens to them if they lose their jobs? Your identity should be more than your professional title. Your life should be about fulfillment in all areas. We need relationships, with their give and take, to sustain us through life. Go for it and have fun.
